The High Council of Sisters, on 18 Stafilia 60 A.V., has decided to claim an unowned land, or “terra nullius,” following in the footsteps of our sister nation, the “Free Queendom of Lilith“. In fact, it will be a neighbor to this feminine queendom and will share its matriarchal and gynecocratic values. It will also ensure excellent diplomatic relations with this queendom.

It is a very small strip (531 square meters) of land located on the Serbian coast of the Danube River, specifically on the border between Serbia and Croatia. On the east bank of the Danube, facing our territory, lie the Republic of Croatia to the north and the “Free Republic of Verdis” to the south.
It is located exactly in front of the third “pocket” of “no man’s land”, specifically at the coordinates 45.60055,18.91420 GPS. 45°36’1.982″N 18°54’51.116″E

Extension
Our territory covers an area of 531 square meters of land surface.

We must not forget that our territory is located on the banks of the Danube River, so to that land area we must add the aquatic area: an area of 1.34 hectares of fresh water.

In total, they add up to 1.39 hectares, but size doesn’t matter to us; what matters is that we finally have a territory of our own. “The Universal Gynecocratic Republic” is more than just a virtual community; it already exists as a country, as a state.

We want to greet our sister country, “Free Queendom of Lilith“, located at 45.66991706332893, 18.961121454807873, which, like us, is also located on the banks of the Danube River, specifically 8.41km northeast of our republic following the course upriver.

As explained on this page of “Free Queendom of Lilith,” the border between Serbia and Croatia was historically defined by the cadastral documents of the time. In 19 B.V., some works modified the course of the Danube River, completely altering the border line. From that moment on, Serbia defined the centerline of the Danube’s course as the border between itself and Croatia, while Croatia continued to defend the original border, according to the cadastral documents.

With the dissolution of the Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia some 30 years ago and the emergence of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (the predecessor of Serbia) as internationally recognized countries, the border line between Croatia and Serbia became an international boundary.
Thus, many territories located on the east bank of the Danube River are claimed by both states, while a few territories located on the west bank are not claimed by either state; both states declare that they belong to the neighboring country. Territory claimed by both states is considered “disputed territory,” while land not claimed by either state is considered “terra nullius.”
The areas considered as “terras nullius” on the Serbian-Croatian border are:
1.-Gornja Siga (Cood. 45.768732027844614, 18.870423284734702)

2.-Siga Island o “Isla Liberty” (Cood. 45.77478622808276, 18.88574406212889)
3.-Third pocket of land (Cood. 45.59429322955182, 18.907909837378636)

4.-Area of 531 square meters on the eastern bank facing the third pocket of land.

5.-Second pocket of land (Cood. 45.64266465791561, 18.934345689688154)

6.-First pocket of land (Cood. 45.67051593776439, 18.960781541506073)

7.-Land under the waters of the Danube(Cood. 45.68748687409764, 18.930054156059946)

Numbers 1 and 2 are claimed by the “Free Republic of Liberland“.

Number 3 is claimed by the “Free Republic of Verdis“.

Number 4 belongs to us, women of “Universal Gynecocratic Republic“.

Numbers 6 and 7 are claimed by the “Free Queendom of Lilith” our sister state.

Number 5 has not yet been claimed by any country or entity.
In summary
That is to say: Croatia declares that the territory and waters where our gynecocratic republic is located do not belong to it but to Serbia. On the other hand, Serbia declares that this territory and waters do not belong to it but to Croatia.
The difference between “disputed territories” and “terra nullius” is very clear: “disputed territories” are territories claimed by two or more states or entities, while “terra nullius” are territories not claimed by anyone.
From the moment no one claims these territories, they become considered “terra nullius,” or “no man’s land.” Why? Simply because neither Croatia has the right to decide which territory Serbia should possess, nor Serbia has the right to decide which territory Croatia should possess.
Unfortunately, Croatia does not think that these territories should be considered “terra nullius,” but it is very important to remember that these territories ceased to have an owner during the beginning of the People’s Republic of Yugoslavia in 1947 (with the change in the course of the Danube River). Outside of Yugoslavia, the entire international community understood that this land belonged to the People’s Republic of Yugoslavia. But in 1992, with Croatia’s independence and the disappearance of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (as it was called in 1963), these territories began to be considered “ownerless” from an international perspective. In other words: these territories were “terra nullius” long before the emergence of the Republic of Croatia in 1992.
Therefore, all the territories indicated above are considered “terra nullius” and can be freely claimed, just as “Liberland”, “Free Republic of Verdis” and our twin gynecocracy state, “Free Queendom of Lilith” have already done.
It is our territory, and we will defend it against any attempt at invasion.
